Biography
With over 20 years’ experience, Cameron is an experienced litigatorwith a reputation for steadfast commitment to his clients.
Cameron has assisted clients resolve a diverse range of disputes including property, trade practices, enforcement of foreign judgments, disciplinary matters, bankruptcy, insolvency, contractual matters, family law and decease estates.
Cameron now focuses his practice on deceased estate litigation matters, dealing with high net worth family trust and business disputes, family provision disputes, succession and will disputes and financial elder abuse cases. Cameron is experienced in representing families where an adult child has financially abused their elderly parent, through undue influence or unconscionable conduct.
Cameron regularly appears as Counsel in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
